Waldrop, Inc. is a full-service contracting and maintenance firm serving the commercial, industrial, institutional, health care, and residential markets, primarily in the state of South Carolina. The firm is also licensed in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Virginia.
Founded in 1970, the company through its consistent, successful ongoing performance has become a recognized industry leader in the marketplace by serving its clients with a diverse spectrum of services, including:

During the past several years, our company has undergone significant, positive change that has resulted in growth in the type of services we offer our clients and in the number of markets we serve.
Due to this growth, we restructured our company along market lines by establishing specific operating divisions under Waldrop, Inc. to better serve our clients in those respective markets. Two operating divisions, Waldrop Mechanical Services and Waldrop Heating and Air Conditioning, are focused solely on serving the markets as noted below.
