New Residential Construction
The primary focus of our efforts in this market consists of the development of business with homebuilders and contractors who specialize in the new construction of speculative and custom-built residences. Our firm has a number of builders/contractors with whom we do repeat work. We work with these builders/contractors to design, procure and install the equipment, duct systems, temperature/humidity controls, and air quality devices required to ensure a quality driven finished product for the end user.
Homeowner Equipment Replacement
Upon meeting with an existing homeowner, it is imperative that our team study the existing conditions and equipment, review the current energy consumption of the system, and inquire with the customer regarding a cadre of air quality and indoor comfort concerns prior to designing a proposed solution. It is our standard protocol to perform and provide new load calculations to determine the required load requirements in order to better match an equipment type and function to the application. This approach to providing an engineered solution to the application is unique in the residential marketplace and clearly differentiates our firm from the competition.
Ongoing Maintenance
In addition, Waldrop Heating & Air Conditioning has an experienced maintenance team. Our team can provide ongoing maintenance services for any HVAC system or installation. We accomplish this service through either a preventative maintenance agreement that identifies a specific set of tasks that will be checked on a routine basis or via our response to a customer's request to test, evaluate, monitor, and/or repair one's system. With 17 highly trained HVAC technicians, our service department can provide a multitude of services tailor-made to meet the varied needs of our customers.
