Waldrop Mechanical Services is the operating division of the company that provides design, construction, renovation, equipment replacement, building automation, and maintenance services to the commercial, industrial, institutional, and health care market sectors. The resources within this division of the company are highly skilled in all aspects of project design, HVAC installation, sheetmetal fabrication and installation, pipefitting and welding, plumbing, building controls systems, and maintenance/repair of existing HVAC systems.
This group is flexible in its operation on major projects by contracting with customers on negotiated type contracts for design/build and highly complex projects along with providing turnkey, lump sum pricing for services to meet the needs of the plan and spec market. A unique characteristic of the group is its ability to be responsive and successful in meeting the needs of many customers who have small projects that need to be completed. These small projects range in size from $1K to $150K per project. No project is too small for this division of the company to handle.
