We have more than doubled our employee base to best serve the customers in our service area, primarily in the state of South Carolina and Western North Carolina, but we are also licensed in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Virginia.

Bill Caldwell has held various executive operations and sales management positions in both the general contracting and mechanical subcontracting fields. Caldwell assumed the role of President of Waldrop, Inc. in December 2009 following five years as Waldrop’s Vice President of Operations.
Dennis Pruitt, P.E., heads up Construction for Waldrop Mechanical Services, the operating division of the company that provides design, construction, equipment replacement, building automation, and maintenance services to the commercial, industrial, institutional, and healthcare market sectors.
Jamie Porterfield oversees major commercial/industrial projects for Waldrop’s commercial division, Waldrop Mechanical Services, and also leads the firm’s solar business unit, Waldrop Solar Solutions. Porterfield provides leadership insight and direction to Waldrop Heating and Air Conditioning, to help grow that division’s residential and service capabilities.
Angela Massey directs Waldrop’s Human Resources and safety initiatives. She has responsibility for administrative functions related to personnel as well as vehicle fleet management. Since joining Waldrop, Massey has played a key role in improving Waldrop’s benefits and training programs, while enhancing employment policies and workforce communications.
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Johnny Leazer has complete responsibility for Walrop’s financial and treasury functions. Leazer has 25 years of experience in financial and administrative roles within the construction industry, with specialized expertise focus in mechanical contracting.
